Workshop Seven: Customerize Your Proposal to Fit Prospect’s Mind

Proposals are often structured the way the sales manager or seller likes to present them. However, a customer’s preference and perspective is more important than yours. By recognizing the bias a customer may have about certain things, the proposal can be "customerized" to fit that bias. In other words, you can learn to sell the way the customer wants to be sold (rather than the way you want to sell). For instance, does your prospect focus on solving problems or preventing problems? Depending on your answer, if you know it, the proposal can be worded quite differently and with a much greater chance of success. This workshop will show you how to recognize a customer’s bias (“Mindset”) and how to engineer your proposals to match those mindsets.
