Workshop Ten: Telemarketing Scripting for Inbound/Outbound One-C

To sell on the phone, you need to know how to write a script and how to deliver it. On the phone, you have about five seconds to sell yourself. Scripting what you want to say is important for any telemarketing or telesales. In this workshop, you will see the many elements a good script may need and how to use them. For instance, sometimes a "trance" is appropriate. At other times, an “Engage” or “Offer” script is called for. Writing a series of energizing mini-scripts can help change a telephone call into a sale or an upsell. The key is to write a script in such a way that what you say moves the prospect toward an action yet keeps rapport. This workshop is for people who need to sell with one call or take a call and upsell or cross-sell.
